Chow-White says this move was well-thought out and “was a way of not just getting in front of the story, but also framing it from here on out. Jian Ghomeshi is a media practitioner. He knows how the media works. This isn’t just an average everyday person playing the media game.”

BC's Information and Privacy Commissioner Elizabeth Dunham's opinion editorial on an OIPC Special Report containing 21 recommendations for the protection of personal health information in the health care system.
